5th Contract Distillation Line Successfully Commissioned
Originally planned as a backup capacity two years ago, our fifth contract distillation line has now become an important part of our production network. The new system provides additional processing capacity while increasing the flexibility and availability of our contract distillation services.
With a throughput of up to 1,000 kg/h, the plant features a multi-stage thin film and short path distillation system, a fully heated design for handling high-melting and viscous products, and a short path evaporator capable of operating at pressures as low as 0.001 mbar. The system is fully ATEX-compliant and operates automatically 24/7 in a three-shift production schedule.
Thanks to this additional redundancy, we can reliably execute customer projects even during periods of high utilization, while other systems are being cleaned, maintained, or prepared for the next production campaign. The optimized design is based on our decades of experience in contract distillation and reflects the expertise that also goes into the distillation systems we supply to customers worldwide.
