What We Do
At VTA, we blend knowledge, experience, and innovation to tackle complex distillation tasks with ease.
Our focus is on engineering, manufacturing, assembling, and installing thin film and drying plants in various sizes, from laboratory to industrial scale. These plants are utilized across industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food chemistry for tasks like purification, concentration, color improvement, and drying.
We conduct in-house process development, manufacturing, and feasibility studies to maintain high-quality standards and ensure quick responses to customer needs. Through toll distillation services, we offer customized production solutions without requiring investments in dedicated facilities. This makes us specialists in thermal processing.

KG, in order to cover product development on an industrial scale or to be able to bridge capacity bottlenecks at the customer. The combination of our own process development and high vertical integration enables us to offer our customers outstanding quality and customized solutions.

Starting with the first development for vacuum distillation in 1952 at Leybold in Cologne, Germany, we have gained decades of experience in thermal separation and created innovations in Short Path distillation.
