Typical products for the pastillation are waxes, oleachemicals (fatty acids, etc.), resins, additives, polymers and many more.
We can perform contract pastillation on a chilled belt Rotoform system at our headquarters in Germany. The plant capacity is designed for a maximum melting point of 180°C, rates of 3,000 – 12,000 kg/hr, and viscosities up to 10,000 mPas.
